To remove the Asklo widget from platforms other than Shopify, follow the steps outlined below.
1. Login to Asklo
2. Navigate to Widget List Page
3. You can delete the widget by selecting delete option.
Please note that when you delete a widget, you will also lose access to any analytics data associated with that widget.
If you prefer to temporarily hide the widget from your store, you can also disable the widget from the listing page using the status toggle.
4. Remove all Asklo-related scripts from the header file of your store where you initially added the JavaScript and CSS scripts.
5. From the product page template remove the HTML snippet of the Ask Product AI button.
6. Remove any specific scripts added to your thank you page or post-purchase page to stop sending checkout data to Asklo.
7. Verify that the Ask Product AI button has been removed from your store.
