Introduction

The Asklo Hub provides a comprehensive set of analytics to help you understand the performance of your Asklo widget. These metrics give you insights into user interactions, sales influenced by Asklo, and product-specific data. By default, the analytics date range is set to the last 7 days, but you can adjust this range as needed using the Date Range selector.

Viewing Analytics

  1. Login to your account on Asklo Hub.

  2. Click on Home from the left menu panel.

ℹ️ Please note that Reporting & Analytics can be viewed for each Widget. By default a widget will be selected, you can change it from the Widget dropdown.

Overview: Key Metrics

  1. Total Sessions

    • Definition: The total number of sessions where users interacted with the Asklo widget.

    • Significance: Indicates the overall engagement with the widget.

  2. Total Conversions

    • Definition: The total number of conversions attributed to interactions with the Asklo widget.

    • Significance: Measures the effectiveness of the widget in driving sales.

  3. Total Asklo Led Sales

    • Definition: The total sales amount generated from interactions with the Asklo widget.

    • Significance: Quantifies the direct revenue impact of the widget.

  4. Total Questions

    • Definition: The total number of questions asked by users through the Asklo widget.

    • Significance: Shows user curiosity and engagement with product information.

  5. Total Users

    • Definition: The number of unique users who interacted with the widget.

    • Significance: Provides insight into the reach and unique engagement of the widget.

  6. Average Sessions Per Day

    • Definition: The average number of sessions per day during the selected date range.

    • Significance: Helps in understanding daily engagement patterns.

  7. Average Questions Per Day

    • Definition: The average number of questions asked per day during the selected date range.

    • Significance: Indicates the average daily interaction volume.

  8. Total Ratings

    • Thumbs Up: The total number of positive ratings given by users.

    • Thumbs Down: The total number of negative ratings given by users.

    • Significance: Provides feedback on user satisfaction with the widget responses.

  9. Sessions by Device Type

    • Definition: The distribution of sessions between desktop and mobile devices.

    • Significance: Helps in understanding the device preferences of users interacting with the widget.

Overview: Product Overview

  1. Most Q&Aed Product

    • Definition: The product that received the most questions through the Asklo widget.

  2. Most Sold Product

    • Definition: The product with the highest number of sales influenced by the Asklo widget.

  3. Top Discussed Products

    • Definition: A list of products that received the most questions.

  4. Top Sold Products

    • Definition: A list of products that had the highest sales influenced by the Asklo widget.
